Service and Payment Policy
Service: TEL-Atomic, Incorporated provides full service and support for all products supplied by the company. We will endeavor to repair products providing parts are available. Failed products must be returned at customer’s expense. After evaluation, we will contact the customer and provide an estimate of the cost for repair. The customer will be responsible for all labor and parts cost plus the cost of return shipment.
Customers should contact TEL-Atomic, Incorporated for shipping instructions prior to returning defective or failed products. You will need a Return Authorization Number (RMA) to return items. All items must be checked within 14 days of receipt.
Support: TEL-Atomic, Incorporated does not provide any on-site installation, training or service. We do provide free support by telephone, fax, or email during our regular office hours. (Excluding holidays).
Payment methods:
Domestic Only –
o Purchase Orders. TEL-Atomic, Incorporated accepts purchase orders from recognized public and private educational institutions. For phone orders, please include a purchase order number and an authorized name. For written orders, please include a purchase order number, a phone number, and a valid authorized signature. Terms are net 30 days for approved accounts. Partial shipments are invoiced separately and are payable in 30 days. Late payments are subject to 2% per month service charge after 30 days.
o Payment terms, NET 30 days.
o Credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)
o Check issued on a U.S. bank in US funds
All International Customers:
Payment is required in advance of shipment via wire transfer to our bank in US funds. All cost of products, shipping, handling etc. must be paid before your order will be shipped. You must get a quotation for all equipment and charges before placing an order.
Due to the high cost and complexity, we do not accept letters of credit.
Shipping Policy
Shipping methods:
All shipments are FOB Shipping Point. The term FOB shipping point means that the buyer takes delivery of goods being shipped to them by a supplier once the goods leave the shipping dock.
Actual shipping charges for packaging, handling, freight and insurance will be prepaid and invoiced at time of shipment to purchaser. Some shipments may be dropshipped from a different location.
Domestic shipping will usually be by UPS.
International shipping:
Customs, Duties and other import fees are the responsibility of the purchaser to pay upon receipt of goods. TEL-Atomic, Incorporated will not pay any duties or fees incurred.
o UPS or Federal Express will be used for smaller orders (without radioactive sources),
o We will gladly use your UPS or Federal Express account to ship your goods, please supply your account number, contact name and phone number with your purchase order.
o Woodland Global, a freight forwarding service will be used for large orders without radioactive sources. The inclusion of radioactive material in orders will require shipping by the freight forwarder, Senator International. NOTE: Shipments with Radioactive Material will be shipped per IATA regulations. Any and all licenses/permits needed for the import of radioactive material are your responsibily and TEL-Atomic, Incorporated and its agents will not be held responsible or liable for any missing or inadiquite paperwork. If your country requires a license/permit, TEL-Atomic, Incorporated will not ship any items until the paperwork is received.
TEL-Atomic, Incorporated will choose the carrier that is most economical and reliable for your shipment.
Warranty
TEL-ATOMIC, INCORPORATED
LIMITED WARRANTY
TEL-Atomic, Incorporated warrants to the original retail purchaser that it will, at its option, repair or replace without charge any products that it determines defective in material or workmanship, or that fail due to normal and intended use, for a one year period from the date of original purchase.
This warranty does not cover apparatus which has been subjected to misuse and/or abuse or which has not been assembled in accordance with the TEL-Atomic, Incorporated instructions. In addition, this warranty does not cover glass envelopes of the tubes or the painted finish of any products, etc.
To obtain warranty service, the purchaser must, at his expense, return the equipment with proof of purchase to TEL-Atomic, Incorporated (freight prepaid). TEL-Atomic, Incorporated will examine the returned item and if it determines that such item is defective in material or workmanship, it will repair or replace the item without charge. TEL-Atomic, Incorporated will not be responsible for any item damaged in shipment due to improper packaging by the purchaser. Such damage will result in the warranty being invalid.
This warranty provides the exclusive remedy with respect to any warranties of TEL-Atomic, Incorporated and all other express warranties, including any made by dealers or distributors, are hereby disclaimed.
ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR OTHERWISE, APPLICABLE TO THIS PRODUCT IS LIMITED IN DURATION FOR THE PERIOD OF THIS WRITTEN WARRANTY. TEL-ATOMIC, INCORPORATED SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES FOR BREACH OF ANY WRITTEN OR IMPLIED WARRANTY OR OTHERWISE. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON HOW LONG AN IMPLIED WARRANTY LASTS, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. SOME STATES DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATIONS OR INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, SO THE ABOVE LIMITATION OR EXCLUSION MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU. THIS WARRANTY GIVES YOU SPECIFIC LEGAL RIGHTS AND YOU MAY ALSO HAVE OTHER RIGHTS WHICH VARY FROM STATE TO STATE.
